These terms govern your use of the iOS application "F-2 MISSIONS" (the "App") published by UNVELL LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or launching the App, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. All ownership rights in the App remain with us.

2. In-app purchases

The App offers a one-time full-unlock purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and processed through Apple's systems. Refunds are governed by Apple's own policies.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or redistributing the App
• Tampering with scores or progress through unauthorized means
• Commercial use of the App's content without authorization

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Age rating

The App's age rating follows its App Store listing.

7. Apple's Standard EULA

Where Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies and conflicts with these terms, Apple's Standard EULA governs.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms without prior notice. Material changes will be announced on this page or within the app.
